What it does for you.

Every pay, fully planned.

Each pay is split on its payday: the household bills, the spending, the savings. Whatever’s left goes to your own savings, so nothing goes astray.

An account for every purpose.

Yearly bills, groceries, repairs, the holiday, emergencies. Each has its own account and its own top-up, and Cecily checks that each one can cover what it pays.

A check-in, once a cycle.

Type in the balances your bank shows. Cecily reads each one against the least it should hold, and tells you what’s left of each pay to move to savings.

Your bank, in your hands.

Cecily never moves money and never asks for your banking password. It gives you a plain list of the transfers to set up at your bank, and you make them.

Try it before you change it.

Raise a bill or add a goal, and see what it does to your balances, your goals and your transfers before any of it counts. Apply it when you’re happy.

Goals with a date.

Save towards the things that matter, each with its own target and date, and see whether you’re on track.

How it works.

1

Set up the household

Tell Cecily about your pays, your bills and how you share costs. It suggests the accounts to match.

2

Set up your transfers

Cecily lists each transfer to set up at your bank, how much and how often. Set them up once, and the regular ones run on their own.

3

Check in

On the household’s day, enter what your bank shows. Cecily says what needs attention and what’s left to save.
